Quentin, a nerdy comic book fanatic, spends his days working as a security
guard at a biotech research lab, and his nights at home dreaming of
superheroes. Overcome by grief at the murder of his friend in the lab by
thugs, Quentin injects himself with a secret drug using the blood of a
spider. His body gradually changes to become more like a spider and he
develops a hunger that cannot be ignored...
